HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY FIREWOOD ORDER ONLINE?
We accept payments by credit cards, debit cards or Paypal.


WILL MY FIREWOOD WILL BE DELIVERED?
Yes, we are a full-service company, and delivery is included as part of our service. Please note that a pick-up option for firewood is not available.

I WOULD LIKE TO BE HOME WHEN MY FIREWOOD WILL BE DELIVERED?
We will try to ensure this, please give us a call on 0494365523 to arrange the time.



HOW I WILL KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS BEING DELIVERED?
We confirm the delivery day with our customers via phone or text messag
e, ensuring there are no unexpected deliveries.


DO I NEED TO WAIT IN FOR DELIVERY?
No need to wait in for your delivery! Simply let us know your preferred location, and we'll take care of the rest.


DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
No signature required! If you're not at home, we'll send you a picture of the delivered wood once the delivery is completed.

WILL YOU DELIVER MY FIREWOOD WHERE I WANT IT?
We strive to place the delivery exactly where you prefer. You can purchase the stacking service as an additional option. Simply select it during your purchase. If further discussion is necessary, we'll reach out to you promptly.
